Description
What’s New?
Hardware Update
The hardware features of the Apollo haven’t deviated too much from the original hardware, but now feature an interchangeable rechargeable battery, meaning reduced downtime if you have a large number of appliances to test.
The tester will now be supplied with an additional wiring harness and removable battery
Firmware Update
The biggest change to the Apollo 400 is the new firmware update and the improved usability of the user interface, meaning the update has been specifically targeted to user’s needs.
The Apollo 400+ updated features:
- New user permissions for Bluetooth
- Delete unwanted results
- Improved data view – Allows the user to sort data and can filter by a number of methods including PASS/Fail status
- A more advanced search function
- Automatically print test results option added to the ‘After test’ option
- ‘Worst’ or ‘Last’ has been added as an option to the leakage test
- Delete items from the predictive drop-down lists
- USB on-the-go technology means you can download directly to an Android device
- Name downloaded files with unique identifiers to find them easier
- Addition of a socket outlet test which measures main voltage and outlet wiring polarity
- The asset ID is now displayed on all test screens allowing you to keep track of what you are currently testing
- Review step – Check test details before making final comments
The accessories that come supplied with the tester have also been improved; the test leads now feature a stronger PVC insulation and sturdier probes for more demanding usage.
Software
The Apollo 400+ is compatible with the new PAT guard 3.4 which now includes Time Manager (Software sold separately)
Key Features:
- Onboard storage for up to 2,000 appliance records
- Safety tests which ensure compliance with the IET 5th Edition Code of Practice
- Interchangeable rechargeable battery
- Create up to 25 user configurable electrical test and visual inspection sequences
- Point to point measurement (Rpe & IR) – needs an optional accessory
- Bluetooth, Scanner and Printer compatible
- Remote data transfer from field to the office
- High definition colour display
- Suitable for mid-volume PAT Testing
- Improved user interface for intuitive functionality and ease of use
